Round Table Fabrication, LLC (formally known as Dairy Fab LLC) is family owned business owned by Scott McKnight in Emmett, Idaho. Scott bought Dairy Fab LLC from owner/founder Terry Beckman in 2019. Scott continues to build and repair curd knives for cottage cheese and artisan cheese makers around the United states and a few in Canada. Round Table Fabrication is expanding! We have recently expanded our business outside cottage cheese tools to include custom metal signs. We create yard art, fence panels, business signs, and other custom metalwork!
