Round Table Fabrication offers repair services on most brands and styles of curd knives. All curd knife repairs include frame straightening, repair welding if needed and complete restringing.  Don’t put up with missing wires and bent frames, our goal is to bring your knives back to an inspector friendly, sanitary condition.

Curd knives being sent in for repair can be banded to a skid for ease of shipping. When completed, they will be returned in a re-usable crate to ensure protection to and from your plant.
