Round Table Fabrication, LLC

​Terry Beckman, owner and founder of Dairy Fab LLC since 2001, is pleased to announce that as of September 2nd, 2019, he has retired and sold his curd knife business to Scott McKnight. Scott has moved the business to Emmett, Idaho, and has renamed the business, Round Table Fabrication, LLC. Scott will continue to build and repair curd knives for cottage cheese and artisan cheese makers around the country. Terry would like to thank the hundreds of customers he has worked with over the last 18 years and hopes they will support Scott in his new venture as he supplies a much-needed service to the dairy industry.
